About ME

Hello there! I'm Delaney Schultz, a dedicated hospitality professional with a heart deeply rooted in Nashville. With over five years of experience in the hotel industry, I've found my calling in ensuring every visitor to Nashville experiences the warmth and excitement this city has to offer.

I’ve been leading the way as the General Manager at Grand Welcome Nashville. My path here was paved with diverse experiences and growth opportunities, notably at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. From a Rooms Controller to Housekeeping Manager, each role has been a step in my journey toward understanding the finer nuances of guest satisfaction and hospitality management.

As a host in this dynamic city, I'm excited to share its many colors with you, inviting you to create your own memorable Nashville story.

What I Love About Nashville

Nashville is not just my workplace; it's a city I adore. My passion extends beyond my professional life to explore what this city has to offer. Whether it's dining at favorites like Butcher and Bee, Edley’s, and Bartaco, or seeking adventures in hiking and kayaking with my husband, every moment is about embracing the Nashville spirit. The local farmers markets are my weekend retreat, a place where the community's heartbeat is most palpable.

Aerryelle Parker

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

About ME

Hello everyone! I'm Aerryelle Parker, your dedicated Assistant General Manager at Grand Welcome Nashville. My journey to Nashville has been quite an adventure. Originally from California, I found my way to this vibrant city in 2019. After a brief relocation to Michigan in 2021, the unique charm of Nashville called me back in 2023, and it truly feels like coming home.

My professional and educational background is rich and varied, encompassing business management, legal principles, teaching, and real estate. This diverse experience culminated in my recent appointment as Assistant General Manager earlier this year.

In this role, I relish working closely with our team, property owners, and guests, immersing myself in the unique characteristics of each property we manage and sharing these valuable insights with our team.

What I Love About Nashville

Nashville is a city of endless discovery and distinct personalities. Each neighborhood, from East to West to South, has its unique character that I find endlessly fascinating. The city's diverse culinary scene is another aspect I adore, offering a wide array of ethnic cuisines that reflect its rich cultural diversity.
